Examples of applying structured analysis to practical engineering questions.
Measurement System Analysis: Brake Force Testing
Problem: Understand accuracy, linearity, and sources of variation in a brake force test method.
Approach: Evaluated accuracy and linearity and built an ANOVA variance decomposition.
Result: The analysis showed the test method, rather than the gauge, drove most repeat variation.

Problem: Investigate variation and stability in production torque-angle behavior.
Approach: Analyzed production records using exploratory plots, nonparametric tests, and bootstrapping.
Result: Identified bimodal behavior, machine-to-machine offset, and process drift.

Senior Equipment Engineer
- Lead end-of-line equipment validation in Vehicle Quality, including IQ/OQ/PQ and MSA.
- Analyze high-volume process data using SPC to drive corrective and preventive action.
- Manage capital equipment projects from scope through commissioning.
- Develop Python scripts for data monitoring and process analysis.

- Managed capital equipment projects as the sole project engineer.
- Led vendor selection and procurement for custom automation equipment.
- Built scopes, schedules, and budgets; led cross-functional design reviews.
